To be completely transparent, we (the roasters of Flatlands Coffee), do not generally go for dark roasted coffees, as they tend to lack sweetness and flavor complexity, but this one is different. When aiming to satisfy the dark roast request while simultaneously adhering to our approach of creating naturally sweet, complex and balanced flavors, we present you with The Dark
